These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are an agreement between MFEX Mutual Funds Exchange AB (“MFEX”) and you ("you" or "your"). This agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the MFEX owned websites and any of its products or services (collectively, “MFEX Portal”).

MFEX Portal is protected by applicable copyright laws. MFEX Portal is intended for your personal use only and not for any commercial purposes. You shall not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce or market the information whatever the medium or process (paper or digital, including any text, graphics, video, audio, software code, user interface design or logos) without MFEX prior written approval.

MFEX Portal may contain links to the websites of third parties. MFEX has no control over and does not warrant the proper working or updating of those links. MFEX is not involved in the preparation, adoption or editing of the third parties’ website content and, consequently, does not explicitly or implicitly endorse or approve their use or their content. MFEX assumes and will have no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or usefulness for any such content, including any advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such third-party websites. You will use third parties’ website content at your own risk.

Information and data provided on MFEX Portal which can be supplied by companies that are not affiliates of MFEX, including, but not limited to, third-party Custodians or data-providers, are released for informational purposes only. While MFEX shall use its best efforts to ensure that the information contained on MFEX Portal is correct and reliable, MFEX assumes and will have no responsibility whatsoever for such content on MFEX Portal including but not limited to the accuracy, the reliability, the relevance, the completeness, the timeliness and availability of the information provided by or through MFEX Portal from third-party providers.

MFEX may discontinue or modify the content on MFEX Portal at any time without prior notice. MFEX cannot be held responsible for technical failures or system breakdown affecting MFEX Portal such as any failure or error, poor or bad recovery of information or documents, incomplete access to data, interruption or unavailability of the service, alteration by third persons (intrusion, virus).

Nothing on MFEX Portal should be construed as an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any financial instrument listed on MFEX Portal. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using MFEX Portal you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Personal Data Protection
MFEX, acting as data controller, may process your personal data for customer management purposes, and to prevent terrorism financing and money laundering. If necessary, MFEX may disclose or make available such data to counterparties data processors, or if requested, to any administrative and judicial authorities. As set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), any person proving his/her identity has the following rights: access and rectification, objection, deletion and data portability of their personal data.
